Rooms Rajič

El anfitrion estuvo muy atento en todo momento. Nos indicó playas cercanas y cómo ir al centro para no tener que usar el coche. En los alrededores había de todo, aunque estuviéramos bastante alejados del centro

El alojamiento en general está un poco anticuado y la cama no era muy cómoda. Para llegar a nuestra habitación teníamos que subir varios tramos de escaleras

Nos hizo un tour rápido para que nos ubicaramos. Y nos recomendó sitios para cenar. Muy majo y muy amable. Muy recomendable

Il bagno era molto piccolo e la porta non si chiudeva. La mancanza di un frigo si è fatta sentire. Nella nostra terrazza mancava il tendone esterno e quindi avevamo il sole a picco in camera.

Comfortable room.

First of all, we had difficulty finding the place as we didn't spot any signs of Rajic rooms anywhere, not even in the building's yard. We had already informed what time we would arrive but when we arrived there was nobody there to wait for us. I sent a message and also called the given number twice but nobody answered. We had to wait for about 10 minutes for the responsible person to come. The communication in English was not the easiest to achieve. We were showed to our room in the ground floor, which had a hardly clean bathroom (mold in the shower, clogged sink) and burnt spots in the curtains). Last but not least, in Booking description, free parking is clearly stated, and was also stated extra because it was our top criteria. However, when we arrived, we were told there is free parking ON A CENTRAL STREET 50m away from the building (not even on the street out of the building), where we had already tried but had difficulty finding a parking spot. After making a mess about how this was not what was stated in Booking, they "accepted" that we park inside the yard for the night. Unfortunately, not a good overall experience.

Clean room, good location next to bus station for Split, nice beach 10 minutes by foot

Totally disappointed. Most important,above the door was suppose to be a glass window but it was missing so the room didn't had any privacy, everything that happening in the hall,was like inside of the room. The bed was horrible and super noisy. In the facilities says parking area but the owner (although they have space outside the building) wanted us to park outside of his house,5 minutes away, at the end of the day we parked outside of our room because we just left the car. We asked about toilet paper and they gave us only one and although we asked for more they told us later. Later when we asked again they said that they couldn't give us at this time.
