Lovely location, close to the bus station, promenade & old town! Nice taste of Split!

Location was handy for most things, nice restaurants and bars, bed comfy, tidy and clean, didn't see the lady, but was helpful on the phone

Lot of stairs to get up to room, quite steep, and noisy seen as it is out of the way, dogs barking, scooters up and down, shouting and banging

Comfortable room with all necessary basics. Quiet and within easy reach (a few minutes walking) of the old town. Very friendly and welcoming host. Very responsive and flexible e. g. when I requested a late check out. I would definitely book it again!

The photos look a bit more "polished" than the room is in reality. But as written, it has all you need. There is some smell coming out of the bathroom. This seems to be problem some parts of Split have, however, so not specific to this apartment which was very clean. Opening the windows and using the ventilation mostly solved it.

Dijana the owner was very nice and helpful. The communication was insinstant. The house is located just few min from the old town. There was AC, a fridge, microwave and a electric kettle The room was nice and clean with a private bathroom. I had a room on the last floor - I could see the harbor with some ferries and cruisers

The bathroom has no window and there was a smell coming out from the sewers

Great location, calm, practical room and air conditioning workly very well (essential!). Ana and her son were very kind, thank you for this stay!

The location is near the city center

The host wasn't very welcoming to us, the room didn't look like in the pictures and we didn't had any facilities (just the AC). The bathroom had a really weird smell wich we felt in the room too. The bed wasn't comfortable, the pillows were bad and one chair was broken.
