Summer breeze luxury rooms

Quiet street. Free parking can be found near the apartment.

I do not recommend this accommodation (Summer Breeze luxury rooms), nor the owner of the accommodation, AdEx Travel company. You will not get the accommodation you have booked and paid for, but a much smaller, worse and cheaper room. The room was really worn out and in poor condition. The room does not match the pictures or information in the ad. We did not receive any compensation, nor did we receive any response to our complaint or request for compensation. Our messages and requests for contact were not answered at all. The owner of the apartment cannot be contacted at all. The people handling communication do not take responsibility for anything and do not fix the problems. I do not recommend.

We were put in a much smaller and worse room than the one we had booked and paid for. The room was really worn out, in poor condition and modest. It did not correspond at all to the pictures or information of the room we had booked. We did not receive any compensation, even though we had paid for a better and larger room. The owner of the room cannot be contacted at all, despite numerous attempts, even though their contact details are in the booking message. They do not respond to messages at all, nor to requests for contact. I have tried to contact them for about a month, several times, but I still have not received a response from them. The people responsible for communication (apparently a different company than the owners of the apartment) do not take responsibility for anything, and do not fix the problems. I had to ask the people responsible for communication several times for a response. And they did not respond to the message, even though they had seen the message. I do not recommend this accommodation, nor these companies.
