Summer breeze luxury rooms

Avoid this place. They did not send any information about check in until I had to ask them by phone and via whatsapp. Really odd. Room was not cleaned. Bed sheets were dirty and former sleepers sleeping marks were seen in wrinkled sheets and the worst was that there was feaces marks in sheet. I took photos and sent them to provider and they had a nerve to insist that it was permanent marks. I have seen a few things in my life and I know what sh*t looks on sheets. They promised to change sheets next morning. I don’t know where I was supposed to sleep? In sh*tty sheets? I had to reserve room from a hotel and left immediately. Lost my money and they don’t have the nerve to admit they sheets were not changed.

A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, la camera è ampia, pulita e dotata di un mini frigo e di un bollitore (dentro all' armadio!).

Purtroppo la camera si trova all' interno di un appartamento in un condominio, piano ammezzato, e si sente qualunque rumore della strada: mi sono svegliata con dei lavori in corso che sembravano essere dentro alla stanza. Inoltre non fanno servizio luggage storage neanche per uno zaino: se restate una sola notte (check-in alle 16 e check out alle 10) dovrete pagare due giorni di storage...a quel punto vale la pena considerare un hotel. Inoltre nonostante la camera sia carina e grande, non è luxury come viene definita nella descrizione.

El alojamiento está en un callejón que da miedo pasar de noche, el personal inexistente, pedimos gel para poder ducharnos porque cuando llegamos no había suficiente y tampoco nos lo rellenaron, pedimos la factura para justificar nuestro alojamiento en el trabajo y leían los WhatsApp y no respondieron. Hemos tenido que contactar con atención al cliente de Booking para que la pidan ellos y el alojamiento no ha respondido. Las almohadas inexistentes también. Las fotos no se parecen. Un desastre.
