Maison d'hôte très agréable. Attention les chambres 1, 2 et 3 sont au niveau inférieur, ce qui ne permet pas de profiter des agréables espaces communs de la maison.

"Great experience, would stay here again in a heartbeat."

We stayed in the Olstind room. It was an amazing room with the most incredible views. The location of the manor house is perfect as well. It is close (walking distance) to great restaurants, iconic hiking trails, and all sorts of other activities. Plus the staff were super friendly and very accommodating.

If there is any negative, it might be the fact that the room we had was on the third floor and the stairs were very steep, making it difficult to navigate with large bags. But that is a minor quibble and part of the charm of staying in a house built in 1880. Everything else was impeccably updated.

Avevo selezionato per questo soggiorno strutture con Garage e Colazione, non c’era alcun garage, ma uno spiazzo sulla strada principale e LA COLAZIONE NON ESISTEVA, non c’era nessuno ne quando sono arrivato, alle 20:00 non a mezzanotte, ne quando sono sceso per fare colazione alle 7:30 del mattino; una sala vuota con 3 biscotti di dubbia qualità.

We stayed in the deluxe room (#4), which had a private bathroom across the hall. Super spacious, beautiful room with a beautiful view (if only it weren’t raining!). The manor has a lot of common spaces as well which was lovely.

The manor is old, so there was a lot of noise when our upstairs neighbors moved in. You could hear everything! Luckily they quieted down after a while.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Norway😍 Very clean and cute house/room. Very nice kitchen and dining area. Super friendly staff. Definitely would come again!

You might hear your neighbours quite well but it’s understandable as this is a old renovated wooden house. But we wore earplugs at night so it was fine.
