Close to Picton Town

Great place close to Picton. Clean and tidy

They need to repair the lounge glass door it’s hard to turn. The fan in the bathroom needs a clean to remove cobwebs.

We were three single travellers wanting to stay together but wanting our own rooms. The three bedrooms gave us our privacy, the large lounge and excellent kitchen gave us space to socialise. There was plenty of parking for cars and motorcycles. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was an easy walk into town. The house was very clean, renovated where it counts and has some nice touches that make it feel welcoming and that it had some character.

Perfect holiday house, nicely decorated, well appointed, warm and very clean. Great location too, within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The oven door was broken. Doesn't shut properly. The oven still worked fine though.

WIFI did not work at all (all 5 guests could not connect). Freezer was dirty along with cobwebs in the amenities that had been there for quite some time. There was also no light globe at all in a bedroom.

great facilities, close to town. walkable or an easy as drive. Fruit on the tree!

unable to get internet connection at all. The signal was either too weak or too slow. Would have been handy to book a winery tour.

Excellent location, close to shopping and the harbour. House had two toilets and showers which suited our group of four individual travellers. Not flash but clean and comfortable ; felt like home.
