Tubkaek mansion

I liked that I could chose my room and that it feels like in the middle of nowhere, but there is a little shop right next to the hotel and also it's easy to get to 7/11.

The way to the beach by walk was not so easy, because there is some other hotel and the direct way goes through a private area... But if you have a scooter, easy.

Nice accommodation about half an hour walk into the town and beaches and resturants. Water and toilet paper are put out every day for everyone. Staff welcoming when we arrived then hardly spoke to us. Did offer to get us a taxi if we couldn't get one when we were leaving.

The first day, we had hot water, but the 2 other days, no hot water. Sometimes the bathroom smelled. The air-conditioning wasn't that good. The beds were very hard and not very comfortable not many tuk tuks in the evening to get back. We weren't offered Moped or bike to get around.

Very helpful host who even took me to Dragon's Crest hike in the morning so I didn't have to walk all the way; he also offered us a scooter Spacious room with a table

Weird smell from bathroom, used coffee mug in the room, everything seems quite run down, lack of a bin, ants on the blanket...

The location is beautiful, very close to Ao Nang, but in the hills, surrounded by nature. The host was really kind and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, as a sole female traveller. The room was big, clean and comfortable.
