Saen Kam Resort

Great location ten min walk from caves. The one breakfast we got was tasty and fresh. No choice given. Beautiful surroundings and grounds. Comfy, big bed and very basic shower facilities.

Start of quieter season meant nobody there to greet us/ tell us anything about breakfast which meant we missed it the first day. Owner? had to send her sister to open up.

Ideally located near the Chiang Dao National Park, the resort looks onto the forested hillside. Comfortable bed and efficient aircon. Lovely staff. Tasty meals, freshly cooked, amazing value.

The place, the service, the room, the bathroom, the attractions nearby, Everything was just nice. The night sounds of nature were the cherry on top! The included breakfast was just delicious

Water shower not strong enough

Such a beautiful stay in Chiang Dao. The resort is located under the mountain, so you have nice views from there. The room was comfortable for us. Wifi works really fast and anywhere in the resort. The staff is super friendly, even if they don't know much English. It is not a problem to get a vegetarian breakfast. Just let them know about that. We will come back next time.

No.blankets in the room, although we also did t ask for it Host hardly spoke any enlgish

Such a gem! Set at the border of the Wildlife Sanctuary, you have the jungle in the background and look out at the mountain scenery from your balcony. The room of our economy cabin was just perfect and the bed was firm and good for us. There's even aircon too. To me, this is true luxury: To wake up to the sound of birds singing, no noise. We had a lovely complementary Thai breakfast. One day, it was rice congee, the next day it was Thai style omelet with fried rice - so good :-) There's a good restaurant next door. It's conveniently located close to the cave temple and the jungle temple.
