We needed an extra day, and that was no problem! We miss understood the check-out time, no problem. They were so easy and kind 10/10 recommend!

Comfortable bed and quiet peaceful atmosphere. Super friendly and welcoming host. Nice outside sitting area.

Ruen Orathai was by far the most relaxing stay of my whole trip. They helped me in many ways and provided me the most beautiful all wood bungalow complete with everything and anything I might have needed. It was an awesome stay!

There was absolutely nothing that you could find to not like about Ruen Orathai

I enjoyed my stay here very much! The bungalow is beautiful wood, large and extremely comfortable. It was an excellent safe haven for a solo traveler, great food directly across the street so you don't have to go source out food! I came back for another night's stay here two days later.

I did not lack for anything at Ruen Orathai

The room and porch were nice.

Almost no water pressure in the bathroom making it difficult to take a decent shower. If you are driving there is virtually no parking for a car. There is a very small parking space between the rooms, good if you are riding a motorcycle.

It's a lovely setting off the road, so it's very quiet. The bungalows are beautiful, sparkling clean, with a comfortable bed, great AC, a refrigerator, TV, and sizable porch with a swing. The owner is so nice and helpful! It's just so nice. The only downside is that it's about a 20 minute walk to the beach, night market, and train station. But on the plus side, there are two 7-elevens, a water refill machine, and a laundromat within a 5 minute walk.
