NLNumpu Baandin is one of those gems that are a gift to find. As a couple we were travelling from Bangkok to Phuket. We took a mini-van from bangkok to Pranburi and were first surprised as Pranburi is far from touristic and we were struggling to find our way. We stranded at the Lotus shopping centre, to contact the host, who was responding immediately. Numpu Baandin has lovely bungalows for a more than fair price. Khak, the owner, let us use the bike for free (usually you can rent them), to grab some dinner, for we arrived quite late. Furthermore the staff is super friendly and the location is astounding. Near the beach the resorts felt like a letdown in comparison. Long story short: it felt like home.
Breakfast might be lovely to have at the location itself.
FRThe location and surroundings are amazing (lake, mountains, countryside). The owner went above and beyond to help out and give informations, he and his wife are absolutely lovely. You can rent bikes.

GBWonderful! We’ve been before, 5 years previously. Excellent for birdwatching, cycling or just walking around. The staff are wonderful, very kind and helpful. We stayed for five nights in a very comfortable room The bus ride back to Bangkok was arranged by the owner as well.

GBDefiantly need transport in this location especially as the kitchen is shut but the owner went & got our food for us both nights as was too far to walk in the heat, he did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable …
That the kitchen was open as without transport you are a little stuck…
AUthe place was good for a camp side with a fully furnished bedroom simple but enough for a traveler and a bathroom there was a porch in front of my room that sat there beautifully I relaxed with beer there in the evening and early morning having my coffee and can do some work too if you are a nomad it is just perfect atmosphere wow. The owner was good and very welcoming it is a countryside setup so no pubs close by but a 10min taxi will get you there to the beach restaurant pubs ETC

USThis place is just gorgeous! I loved walking the dock at night. You are surrounded by the sounds of nature and the sunrise was so absolutely incredible!! They have mosquito nets over the bed but i didn’t even use mine and wasn’t bitten. I was shocked that the WiFi worked inside the bungalows!! High tech bungalow living! 😂 Also the owners are so nice!!
SGOur bungalow stay was delightful! The location is ideal, conveniently close to all the national park sites. The owner, incredibly friendly, shared valuable tips for exploring the area. Definitely planning a return visit; highly recommended!
