La habitacion que se proporcionó no fue limpiada entre visitantes, llegue en horario nocturno y el lugar estaba sin iluminación ni carteles, tenía miedo de estar en el lugar equivocado. Mi chofer de uber habló con el propietario y me tranquilizó.

Close to the airport, confortabile and spacious rooms, kind host, and clean.

The only thing was that communication was lacking - I coordinated to eat the local meal between 6:00-7:30pm but didn’t hear anything about it until 10pm. When I asked the host she thought I had already eaten and that her brother had taken care of it, so she ordered me take-out after that. There are no other good options around the property so it was my only choice! The host was kind and apologetic, just very busy and not able to keep up with guests’ needs.

Хареса ми отношението на може би сибственичката която се погрижи за мен и 2 годишната ми дъщеря след 40 часово пътуване бяхме изтущени и трябваше да чакаме полет за следващият ден. Направих резервацията и се настаних буквално след час. Собственичката приготви супа за дъщеря ми ( часът беше почти полунощ) за което съм много благодарен и наистина бих се върнал отново там. Искам да кажа едно голямо Благодаря! Спасихте ме в много труден момент!

Адресът посочен в букинг не отговаря на реалното местоположение и ще бъде добре това да бъде коригирано за бъдещо удобство на посетителите

Attitude of the staff. Before I come, I already asked if someone can help carrying our luggage up and down the staircases. I specifically mentioned we would arrive at midnight and the next day 06:45. The one answered in WhatsApp said 'I will help' so I booked the place. When we arrived, the lady waited for us grumbly said she was alone, must carry luggage to 3rd floor, sounding so unhappy. She mentioned she did not want to come earlier then next day to help us carrying down the luggage. If we were not happy, she could refund us the money . My point is why promise if you don't want to do it. To threaten us like that to us, foreigners, who arrived at midnight, so unfair. Bad attitude. If from beginning they say could not help with the luggage, I will not book there. The places are dirty too

First I want to say that even local car services had a hard time finding the place. Once they realized they had to drive down a dirt road into a village they located it from photo provided. Walkway to the entrance is a mix of broken rocks and flag stones and grass. Very difficult to move luggage. Staff don’t like answering there phone or answering questions in a timely manner within booking website. Checking in thy did not provide any way to lock the door from either inside or outside. After several unanswered calls and booking messages I had to contact Booking support for them to reach out to why no locks are provided. Only after that the staff irritatedly gave a key to the room. Overall the room was very dirty with visual signs it was not cleaned. Crumbs in draws and candy wrappers left behind. Exposed lighting wire in the ceiling with no light, bathroom lamp tied wall rack plugged into extension cord. Shower wand missing with just cut tube. Overall a very bad experience, especially after a 12 hour flight.
