"原本已經睡著了，其他房客嘻嘻哈哈的上樓，隔音不好他們的聲音可以從樓梯傳上來，不幸地很吵得房客住在我們隔壁。整晚吵到四點才睡。"

老闆幫忙升等，老闆態度很好，雖然無人看顧但是隨時聯絡老闆都在線，設備齊全。逛逢甲夜市很近，地點很好，有特約停車場，只是當天是227日連假前一天，收費為200元/次，但是可以來回進出，不限次數，停車場人員態度親切。

隔音較差，晚上貓叫聲很吵，如果重視安靜環境的話，就會比較容易驚醒了。
