Can hear the people walking/ running onthe room above. The room could use a deep clean.

The other guest from above that knock on our door accusing us of being loud while me and my fiancée was just getting ready for pictures for sunrise. He came down accusing us of partying and drinking, my fiancé and I don’t even drink. And blaming us that he couldn’t sleep. To think his room was above close to the stairs and ours were below close to the road. In fact, His room wasn’t even above our room. SMH

Amazing bed, cleaned room every day, folded our laundry beautifully, good location and you can rent scooters. A lot of people complain about power outages but we had 2 or 3 small once in our 5 whole days (maybe well located to the power supply?)

Airco a bit loud but that is compensated by the amazing bed!

Much better than the photos make it look! Big room with comfortable bed. Daily cleaning. There’s a water dispenser outside that makes hot and cold water. Good motorbike rental. Very comfortable stay!

Good location, friendly staff, good room size and equipment.

Very loud. Motorbikes during the night, roosters in the early morning, construction after 8AM. If you are a heavy sleeper, you will be fine.

The bed was really comfortable and the location was good. The rooms were kept nice and clean by the staff. We were near Tubod beach (amazing snorkelling) and about a 10 minute bike ride from Paliton beach. We were able to rent bikes from the accommodation which was really handy.

We booked the deluxe double room with balcony and Mountain View which we did not get. We originally got put in a large double room with no balcony which was very dark so I asked could we please have the room we booked and the lady at reception said that her manager said we had booked that room, I showed her our booking and she said sorry her manager had put our booking down wrong, she called her manager and they moved us into another room which was much smaller but had a small outdoor area (a terrance linking to other rooms). We said to staff this wasn’t what we had booked and paid for and they put us onto the phone with the manager who said this was the room we booked, we explained this is not it but she just kept saying it was despite it being totally different to the pictures advertised. I then showed another member of staff the pictures of the room we booked and she told us it was on the main road and it was sold out and ‘no more room there’. We would have felt better about things if they just said I’m sorry we have made a mistake instead of telling us this is the room when it was clearly not and the other staff confirmed this.

We loved the location, it’s near with famous places like Tagbalayon, Coco Grove and Runik, and a walking distance Tubod Beach (5mins away). The room was so spacious for us (we’re 3 pax), and we experienced superb comfort. It’s clean and tidy. We experienced power outage on our first night which only lasts like almost 2 hrs but it’s not their fault tho. Phone signal are not quiet reliable but their wifi connection has strong signal. Overall, we highly recommend this place; perfect for first timer like us.

Our room’s door was quite noisy whenever we open and close it. There’s a common kitchen with complete tools except with utensils (they don’t have any, better to buy or bring your own sets of cutlery). When we encounter power outage on our first night, nobody checked on us. We have to contact the host just to find out that there was a generator issue. Better if they communicate it with their future guests if there’s inconvenience situation.

Room was spacious and super clean, staff friendly and helpful. Location very good
