FRExcellent emplacement de l’hôtel, à proximité immédiate de la plage et de toutes les commodités. Le staff est super: très agréable, serviable, souriant et toujours disponible. C’est vraiment ce qui fait la différence au Makofi guest house.
On a eu la malchance de trouver un rat mort devant la porte de notre chambre. Les fenêtres n’ont pas de vitre ce qui laisse passer le bruit et il manque un frigo qui pourrait être utile.

Zostaliśmy wprowadzeni w błąd przez obsługę hotelu. Podczas pierwszego dnia przyjmująca nas obsługa hotelu poinformowała nas o zniżce w restauracji która będzie nam naliczona ponieważ jesteśmy gośćmi hotelu. Obsługa poinformowała że mamy pokazywać klucze od pokoju a obsługa restauracji będzie odnotowywać rabat. Przy rozliczeniu obsługa wyparła się tego, nie chcieli udzielić nam obiecanego rabatu twierdząc że rabat jest dostępny jedynie dla gości którzy dokonali rezerwacji przez ich stronę internetową. Dramatyczne zachowanie obsługi. Przez to opuściłem ten hotel bardzo zawieziony.
