An sich ganz Ok, aber…

Der sog. Online Check-in war gar keiner. Mir wurde über Booking Messenger eine Nachricht geschrieben, in der auf der taiwanesischen App Line bestanden wurde. Line ist aber mit ausländischen Mobilnummern (in meinem Fall österreichischer Nummer) nicht bzw. nur eingeschränkt verwendbar; man kann sich daher nicht vernetzen. Ich denke, das ist der Unterkunft längst bewusst gewesen. Vor Ort stellte ich dann fest, dass es auch die Option WhatsApp gibt. Warum wurde mir das nicht mitgeteilt? Nach 20 Minuten Warten wurden mir dann endlich die notwendigen Codes geschickt, sodass ich ins Zimmer konnte. Am Abend dann die Überraschung: Der Code der Eingangstür funktionierte nicht mehr. Unter dem WhatsApp-Kontakt des Check-in erhielt ich keine Antwort, weder schriftlich noch per Anruf. Die Rettung waren dann zwei Passanten, die eine ausschließlich chinesischsprachige Hotline kontaktieren. Der Code war geändert worden ohne mich zu informieren… Dieser Teil des Abenteuers kostete mich ca. 1h… Erst am Nachmittag des nächsten Tags, da war ich längst abgereist, wurde auf meine WhatsApp Nachrichten überhaupt reagiert. Fazit: Für Ausländer, die nicht Mandarin sprechen, ist diese Unterkunft eigentlich unbrauchbar.
