My Green Hostel

Het personeel was vriendelijk, maar daar was helaas ook alles mee gezegd.

Het hostel is slecht bereikbaar en wordt niet aan de main road aangegeven. Er was geen stromend water toen we aankwamen en dat werd niet vermeld. Het ruikt erg muf in de kamers. Ze hebben bedbugs gehad en dat is nog te zien aan de hoeveelheid bloed vlekjes in de lakens. We misten een prullenbakje in de private room, en bij de wastafels. Er worden geen activiteiten georganiseerd, groot gemis.

Personnel super agréable et serviable. Chambre et salle de bain plutôt moderne.

Le chemin d’accès à l’hostel est boueux et désagréable, en cas de grosse pluie il est presque impraticable. Le restaurant de l’hostel est cher.

Unfortunately, a storm flooded most facilities in the hostel and caused a lack of running water, yet the staff was super helpful and responsive to the issue

El olor que había en las habitaciones. No hay agua caliente. Y las zonas comunes no son muy comodas. Muchos insectos.

From the moment we arrived at My Green Hostel we knew we'd found the perfect place to stay in Port Barton. Atmosphere was peaceful and social, ideal for meeting other travelers. Plus, the hostel's location, surrounded by nature and 5 min walking to the beach, made our stay even more nice. We know the hostel went through a strong typhoon, but when we were there everything was working perfectly. We had no issues with water or electricity, so we have no complaints. And everything is new! The hostel restaurant deserves a special mention because, honestly, it was where we had the best meals in all of Port Barton. We only ate out once; the rest of the time we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there because the food was amazing. The cocktails were also something else. The staff is super friendly always with a positive attitude and ready to help with anything we needed. We felt very comfortable, and without a doubt, we would stay again.
