Room was very nice and clean. I enjoyed swimming in the pool. Nice accommodation.

The room looked nice, the premises were thoughtfully decorated, the pool was clean and the garden was beautiful.

The biggest issue was the staff. At 10.30 we were disturbed by knocks at the door and, when we wouldn't open because we were getting dressed, the lady called out to open the door and when we were dressed, we did. She had an attitude and asked rather rudely if we are checking out at once because and I quote 'I have other clients who have arrived and you need to vacate the room'. After checking out (at 11 am sharp as intended), we politely said it was very rude and we didn't appreciate getting knocks on the door and pressure to leave ASAP just because other clients had arrived. We were way within the checkout time anyway, so there really wasn't any point coming to knock. We expressed regret because the stay and room had otherwise been good and she started fighting us, stating in a highly argumentative tone that she doesn't see anything wrong with it and that she apologized after. She became increasingly rude, raising her voice and saying uncalled for things, presumptions about our sex life, stating that she was there listening at the door and she had heard we were displeased. Another lady stepped in at that point and basically asked us to forgive and forget, while the other one was still shouting at us. It gave the whole stay a very bitter taste. In addition, the room wasn't as clean, walking barefoot on the floor made my feet black rather quickly. The location is nothing to write home about, it's rather far from everything and in the middle of nowhere. At the pool there were guests who were what can only be described as 'blasting' their own music which was not to our taste at all. They were also talking quite loudly and there was no way to relax. Also, nothing was even slightly soundproofed, we could hear the clients in the other room when they went to the bathroom or talked with the bathroom door open. It felt like there was ZERO INTIMACY.
