Clean big rooms. True 4 stars!

The hotel room are very nice, the hotel looked rather new. Good parking and location.

The reception is close and you need to check in on the restaurant next door. The staff there didn’t want to have anything to do with me. I ask the person at the restaurant desk if she could assist, she said yes but told me to wait until she finished peeling a dozen oranges . Another person came and told me to wait. Finally after 10 minutes a young man asked me to follow him. While watching video on his phone he ended up the key and instruction to me and that it. I didn’t see another soul until breakfast. And the mountain view advertised ended up being a view of a windfarm…

Nice view, good breakfast and restaurant nearby. They struggle with English though.

No Elevator for first or second floor (no rooms at ground floor). Difficult to conversate since they do not speak English.

The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast satisfying.

At dinner it was obvious the staff had a poor understanding of wine. Red wine arrived very cold, as if from a refrigerator, so we asked for the next glass to be at room temperature. However when it was served the wine was actually frothy and warm, suggesting that it had been heated in a microwave. Which is not good for the wine. The staff admitted they knew more information about the beer. They could do with some training about wine and how to serve it.
