"Необходимо на железной лестнице наклеить противоскользящие полоски."

Железная лестница на улице при подъёме в отель. Летом в дождь и зимой в гололёд там не безопасно. В туалете совмещенном с ванной есть устойчивый запах канализации. Нужно постоянно держать окно в ванной открытым.
