Все добре-чисто, затишно, зручне розташування, уважні господарі. На кухні все необхідне. Поряд річка.

Обов'язково треба попередити про час заїзду, щоб номер було прибрано.

Nice place managed by a family. A cozy atmosphere, owners keep the distance. I liked the kitchen, which is an actual village summer kitchen with a stove.

The place have serious issues with water supply. The water is either extremely hot, typically with very low pressure. Very hard to regulate. There are three issues: - the boiler for heating water has no regulation. The water is extremely hot. It can be only turned off. - the pressure of the cold water is very weak, typically not sufficient to cool down the hot water, and even not sufficient to make the hot water running appropriately (since hot water pressure depends on cold water supplies). - the water pressure probably strongly depends on the water usage in other rooms. Installation of water pressure booster system and replacement of boilers would simply do the job, but the owners does not seem to care about the guests' comfort. I see these issues had been reported by other reviewers as early as in December 2022. Since then — no change. Typically I'm very tolerant towards real home stays, but a right to a properly working shower is not a whim, shower is an essential service which was hardly available during our stay.

We had an incredible experience here on Christmas’s Eve, food was so tasty and it’s really a home atmosphere, host was so cute and nice and we felt really like best time with family. Also it was warm enough in the rooms, really good for winter. And good road to the hotel, B-class car had no any issues, also comfortable to parking here.

water pressure - you can have a bath comfortably only if all other guests are sleeping and not use water, but it’s common issue in mountains - not first time i see it.
