Súper buena ubicación y los hosts súper amables.

A acomodação cancelou minha estadia horas antes do horário de check-in. Me forçando a fazer uma reserva em outro hotel em cima da hora, e pagando um preço por conta disso.

El lugar

Fabian came out to greet me and he was so naturally cheerful. It was very welcoming. Even though the room wasn't the same as in the photos, it was very similar and on the ground level, which prevented me from having to deal with the stairs with my luggage. I felt right at home. Theres a washer and dryer, private bathroom, iron and ironing board in the closet, and fill length mirrors, which I wish more hosts would think to provide. The place is in a great, gated area, and near to highways.

The location is awesome, less than a mile from Sawgrass Mall.

When we arrived we got assigned a different room. When I said that’s not the room I booked, one of the staff member was rude, and told me to cancel the reservation if I don’t like it. The room was not clean, staff did not speak English. The only staff member who was nice and helpful was Mariano.

Never got here. Canceled after the owner called

It's a private house, not a hotel. Owner called 1 hour before I was leaving home and had to scramble to cancel and find another spot. Booking.com didn't SCREAM on the web search it was a private home, though it may have been in the fine print. Won't be using Booking.com again, will go to a national chain for reservations
