"Canceled because they did not like my vehicle - go somewhere else!"

When they saw my personal van I was refused to stay. "We do not allow big heavy vans" I repeatedly stated my van is a personal vehicle, less heavy / big than your neighbors Jeep Wagoneer and registered for personal use. They did not care and refused to provide the code to the room. This place is in a residential neighborhood and I wonder if they have a license the operate it. It's a single family house with keycode locks on doors of the bedrooms. This is not clear from the description and most and foremost the description states free onsite parking which is a lie! They cancelled my reservation stating my Credit Card details were incorrect, another lie! Stay away from this place, they have no integrity whatsoever.

It was somebody's house called a motel. Security code was the same for other doors in the house. The room was dirty, cobwebs, electrical outlet in bathroom falling out of wall- airport shuttle on website cost $50.
