Obiekt położony na uboczu.Cicho i spokojnie.Pokoje i łazienka bardzo czyste. W łazience ręczniki i suszarka. Do dyspozycji duża kuchnia, która jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona.

Jak jest pełne obłożenie to trochę słychać sąsiadów z pokoju oboku, ale nie jest to duża niewygoda.
