It actually was my husband and I second stay. It was our 18th anniversary and Aldo last year. So we came back. Home away from home but, not too far just to get a breather 😂. We will most likely make it a yearly thing.

"This IS the Best Little Guest House in Melrose!"

Fantastic guest house. Communication from Marty, the host was was exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable with 2 x queen beds, a kitchenette,microwave, laundry and sitting area. Undercover parking was perfect. Marty was more than helpful with advice for around the Phoenix area. About 5 minutes drive from downtown Phoenix. Perfect for us with a car. Great value for money. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Fantastic.

No kettle but that seems to be the local norm and the host says he is going to buy one for us travellers.
