Loved it. Thoughtful attention to detail. Good vibe and energy. Located in a cool neighborhood with seriously yummy food to be had, and is very well located to music venues, museums, art galleries and other activities in the greater Phoenix area... Sure, there is no doubt one can find other places more fussy and contentious... And far more costly But why? If you want a relaxed vibe, comfy bed, with all the thoughtful stuff that makes a stay enjoyable... Oh, and one more thing; Clean! Recommended. A+

That I wanted to extend my stay a night but could not because it's booked full through January! Seriously, if there are open dates that meet your needs.. book it on the spot... If you don't, it is certain someone else will!

I really loved the privacy. I loved the parking and the private entrance. I loved how you can relax outside. So beautiful at night. They do show pride of ownership. I will definitely be staying here again. We have marked it as one of our favorites and recommending any GCU student families to don't missed these great deals as well. Highly recommend!

Honestly I loved everything however if your looking for a stove this place doesn't have one. However it does have a microwave, ice maker, mini fridge and much more.......Believe me you will not be disappointed!!

The room was just perfect. Well thought thru and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and a nice walk-in shower. All needed equipment is there and the hosts are really kind and help out whenever needed. Very nice and quite neighborhood Will absolutely come back and stay!

Nothing. Everything was very well thought thru and we got all the help needed by the host. Nothing to complain about, you will not be disappointed if you stay here.

It was quiet and just the right size. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were luxurious. They had an icemaker and coffee and tea and every kind of shampoo you can imagine and a hair dryer. The AC was very quiet and it worked very well. They had more TV channels than I have at home so I caught some good movies while I was there for three nights
