В люксе нет кондиционера и летом будет прямо плохо, но в мае было терпимо. Жесткая кровать, странный матрац.

The bigger pool is great, though unheated so it's water is still freezing in June month.

Quite a few, first, they don't pickup the calls on their registered telephone number on booking.com nor they don't answer on booking.com when you chat with them. Then the yurt is smelling like mold and wet rag after it rained one night, then there are a few holes on the roof/ceiling of the yurt where the rain or sunlight come through. There are no basic room necessities such as kettle, glasses, coffee or tea, or facial tissue in the room/yurt, just the bare room with toilet. The staff in general do not speak the language apart from Russian and Uzbek so we always had to opt for Google Translate or don't ask the staff at all as it is frustrating to communicate and be understood for anything you need as a guest. They do not explain the whereabouts of our stay, too, regarding the facilities or the restaurant timings due to the language barrier. The breakfast inclusion is limited and inadequate for 2 adults and 1 child, and the same set breakfast is served daily during the entire duration of your stay unless you order ala carte from their paid menu. Wifi connection keeps on disconnecting and they never reveal the password to guests. We also requested to amend our stay and they had refused and not given any alternative. All in all, for the amount they charged, Im sure, there are better hotel alternatives in the Chimgan area. And most especially if you don't speak the language, better go somewhere else. Im saying all of these for the hotel's improvement - if they want to attract other guests apart from local Uzbek guests.
