The host, Sardor, was very communicative and helpful, spoke very good English which was helpful for us Canadians The unit had everything as described, with AC and hot water.

Great little apartment! We had a great experience. The host speaks great English and gave us recommendations of how to fill our time while in the Fergana region as well as dinner and ice cream recommendations! (All recs were great). Rooms were comfortable and AC worked well :)

The manager of the Status House is extremely friendly and kind. He picked us up, when we were in the wrong location, and was always available for questions through WhatsApp. We could wash our clothes, had a small kitchen, and a traditional outside bed to chill. Everything was very clean. The street is very quiet at night. The place is definitely worth the prize.

We were initially in the wrong place as we only got the correct address of the place a few minutes before the arrival. So maybe ask for the correct place right after booking. Something minor: We booked a private bathroom - which we had - however it was across the hallway. So maybe ask for a bathroom in the room if this might bother you.

There was a water shortage for a few hours, due to works in a neighbour’s appartment. It wasn’t the host responsabilty and he minimised the inconveniencies.
