Good room if you are looking for something cheap to stay one day

The room is too small compared with the photos , the bathroom wasn’t so clean and they allow to smoke inside the building so it smells nasty 🥲

Good location on a quiet street, but did not get what we booked.

We booked a double room as advertised in the photos, but for some reason we were put downstairs in what seemed like a basement with 3 double beds. There was no photos of this room on the advertisement. We also did not have any of the listed amenities in our room. No kettle, no towels, no flat screen tv, hair dryer, water bottles etc. we could hear everything going on upstairs and it was very bright so needed eye masks. Very misleading listing, seemed like we were just put downstairs out of the way. I would not stay here again.

Beds are pretty comfy and the bathroom was nice.

We paid 500K and had 122K in change back for the rooms, we had checked in early and there was no change given. later the host knocked on our room and said we would be changed 122K as a surcharge for early checkin.. seemed a little too coincidental. Hot water required 5 mins of running the shower and there was no kettle as stated online. We also had two double beds and told not to use the second, wasn’t the best service I’ve had. Also we were locked out of the hotel as we turned up around 20 past mid night and had to ring the reception to be allowed in, we were not told in advance that they locked up early. also the curtains are thin and so let in a lot of light and you’ll be woken at 6am.

Best cheap stay within walking distance to town. big bed, clean room/bathroom, desk for laptop, fast internet, walking distance to food, coffee, laundry and anything else you need. would stay again.

no natural light, could hear noise from the hallway (not during sleeping hrs), hot water takes a while to come through. all common in vietnam.

The place was very good quality for what we paid, everything was clean and tidy. Nice and close to lots of great restaurants

No hand soap in the bathroom

Room is not like pictures. Room is in the emergency escape door (poor lock door and not a real room). Check in time not the same as Booking d etailed. Need to pre charge, not as free as Booking detailed.
