Breakfast like for the king.

the receptionist was welcoming and a good english speaker. the room was spacious enough and clean. he also suggested a good restaurant near the guest house and had our first uzbekistan food. the location is 15 minute walk away from the train station, which is what i prefer as our train schedule is early in the morning.

The son(?) was very attentive and helpful. We had a lovely and filling breakfast.

Hot water runs out in 5 minutes No amenity, toilet paper, room key. if you ask they provide you Need to be improved the weak WiFi

Nice family owned Guest house, The owner was very kind and helped me with luggage and everything. Little inside the old city and almost 10 mint ride to the train station, yandex go app made it very easy for traveling to the visiting places. Over all Highly recommended 👌👌👌

Only room towels can be replaced with good ones, and toiletries should be available. (Maybe they would have put the items if I asked)

Great guesthouse in a walk distance from the train station. The location itself is not really interesting/touristic but the place itself is perfect. Super clean, perfectly equipped, nice owners. Great value of money
