Great location near the market and lake. One staff speaks excellent english and is a hiking guide. He offered lots of info on hikes in the area, even knowing that we had plans to do our own multi day hikes. You could contact him before arrival to plan your trek.

Like many low budget hotels and accom, this room did not have a window to the outside. The bedsheets had seen better days, but were clean.

Perfect place to stay in Sapa. Great location. I ended up booking two extra nights. The staff are so nice and helpful. My room was very comfortable and clean. The view from my room was beautiful. Wifi and shower work great. Highly recommend.

I think the value was good given you're paying 10eur/night for a private room. It was quite spacious, both room and bathroom. The location is good, outside of the trashy downtown Sapa (15 mins walking) and very close to the bus stop for one of the travel companies. Clean enough to spend a couple nights here.

Wifi didn't work super well for me, not sure why since there's a router on every floor. If you get a room with a balcony, it will face the "main" road and, given everyone is always honking, it can disturb your sleep (even if you sleep with ear plugs).
