The room is comfortable, clean & the price is very good. Close to the beach, so it's convenient for us to go swimming, only 2-3 minutes walk. The owner is very thoughtful, patient & supports us enthusiastically throughout the trip, also supports shuttle bus to the place. He also suggests places to visit / explore at suitable time frames. Thank you very much for a great service. My trip was more complete when staying at An Phat guesthouse. We will definitely come back next time

We went there twice during our roadtrip because it was convenient for us. The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but the small town at 5min drive is really nice with a lot of street food. And the ocean is at walking distance. You get what you paid for. The hotel is more like a love hotel and the room is not exceptional but it's clean and comfortable. The reception is really nice but discreet. On our first night, the ac started dripping water. On our second night, 2days after, the problem has been solved although we forgot to mention it to the reception.

Although it is said that the room is a non-smoking room, it was a bit smelly, maybe from people smoking outside.
