Staff super friendly, made me feel very welcome, the location is directly in the centre of Sapa so super convenient to get anyway, would highly recommend staying here for the value

De bedden waren een beetje hard

אני לקחתי את הדורמס. מיקום ממש ממש טוב, הכי אהבתי שכשאני קם בבוקר ויוצא החוצה אני הולך קצת ורואה את הנוף היפה של האגם. המיטה הייתה לי נוחה אמנם אין מיזוג אוויר אבל המאווררים לגמרי הספיקו לי כי גם ככה בלילה בסאפה נהיה קריר אז אין צורך אמיתי במזגן. הכל היה נקי מאוד ומסודר. יש מים חמים במקלחת תמיד. והכי הכי אהבתי את הצוות, אישה מקסימה וחייכנית שאכפת לה מהאורחים שלה, עוזרת מאוד ועושה טוב בלב יחד עם כל המשפחה המקסימה שלה! וגם שירות כביסה מצויין. בקיצור אני ממליץ.

The homestay is near the center (2 minutes from Sapa Lake). The rooms are spacious, there is a kettle, fan and the bathroom is also nice. The family, that owns it, is really kind and helpful with everything. They also offer brealfast, though I did not try it. They also let you store your luggage before check in.

It was sometimes slightly noisy, but my room was right above reception and the family's home, so it was probably why. Also the sockets are not placed very conveniently. Otherwise it was really nice.

Nachts einchecken hat super funktioniert. Für eine Nacht absolut ausreichend. Es war sauber, der Preis war auch angemessen. Die Besitzerin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Very nice family - very good location and big rooms with confortable beds

There was some humidity in the room, and dogs barked outside often, but nothing major. A bit pricier than the rest but still reasonable.

Eau de la douche devient froide après quelques minutes malgré l’activation de l’eau chaude. La lumière automatique du corridor qui s’ouvre tard le soir ou pendant la nuit et qui se rend dans la chambre puisque la porte a une vitre givrée. Faible insonorisation

The host is amazing, helps with everything you need and the place is very wellcoming! And it was in the center of the city, next to the lake I had a short stay there but it was amazing
