Excellent location close to riverfront, night market, and restaurants. Room was very clean and equipped with a decent queen-size bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped us with booking bus tickets to return to Sai Gon.

A refrigerator placed in a common space for use by all homestay guests would be a welcome addition.

"Good"

Friendly staff, even when there was a language barrier the receptionist still managed to give good service with a smile. Arranged a tour of the floating market. Close to night market and river but in a quiet location.

Corridors/stairwell quite noisy.

- receptionist is nice - near night market street

The bed is quite small and the back of the TV is having too much dust, the neighbourhood has end year party so the karaoke is too much noise at night and also finished late as well…

There is no divider between The shower and toilet. When I took a shower, all were wet.
