Property was beautiful. Pool was great. Dock was cool too.

Neighbors didn’t like us much as we slowed to find gate - we were yelled at for parking. A little weird as we seemed to be the only people there …

Manager made excuses for dead bugs being in my room and on my bed spread, hosted a wedding at facility without notification until day before event, no access to pool area from 3:30 to 10pm, doors of hotel left open and stray animals got in and left feces on the steps. Lost power and the generator took hours to start.

We asked for a room facing the airport as my partner is a keen aviation enthusiast, which we were given. Unfortunately the planes were taking off on the other runway, so didnt come overhead. Less noise but more distant planes. This didnt detract from the stay. Our 2 bedrooms were spacious and over looked a little pool which we used a couple of times and as we were the only guests for most of the time, we had it to ourselves. We enjoyed the large balcony, watching the planes. There were restaurants/cafes in the area to enjoy. We used Uber to get into San Juan. There was a coffee machine and cold water machine in the foyer which you could help yourself to.

although we were aware of there being no breakfast or a bar, this would have been a nice extra to have had.

The property is beautiful and its kinda hidden.

The restaurant was not open. The beds are really uncomfortable. There was no staff around only communicated through phone. We stayed for 2 days and we had no clean towels to use due to nobody being around to give is new ones.

Awesome hostel. We have been alone on the property, so we had the pool area just for us. If it would get too crowdy down there, there is more open air space on each floor. Rooms were nice. Again, awesome pool area A lot of restaurants nearby

Traffic on Easter Sunday was insane. 30 minutes for a trip that took us 3 minutes the next day. But this is definitely not the fault of the hotel. Ah, and for some reason the hallway smelled like pee.
