The staff here were absolutely amazing, I unfortunately had food poisoning when I arrived and they did everything to accommodate me and make me feel better offering to go to pharmacy for me and making me cups of herbal tea’s. The rooms are amazing and spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

Lily and her sister are the best, always smiling. From the first day she was very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. She lent me a bike and also helped me get a scooter that was great. The place is very nice, clean, good rooms, well located (close enough to bike to Tam Coc center, but far enough to be away from the noise), perfect to rest. She also helped me get a transport back to Hanoi. Everything was very smooth. The breakfast was also good, you have options to choose from. Give Lily and her sister a shot, you wont regret it!

I especially liked the help I received with everything lily was amazing. Helped me with everything I needed really appreciate everything you did and hotel was everything I expected and needed. Very clean food was great and had scooter rental perfect for what I needed.
