Great place and lovely staff. Lily even borrowed us some jackets cause it was really cold and rainy when we went. So many options for breakfast, they can do the laundry, rent motorbike and book tours through them. Great location, the rooms are so clean, big and nice amenities. We highly recommend this place, one of the nicest of the area. Lily and her husband always made sure that we were having a good time there. Nice service and hotel.

We have been travelling south east Asia for around 2 months now and this is definitely our favourite accommodation yet, from the moment we arrived the hosts made us feel so welcome. The rooms are so modern and clean. The free breakfast was lovely and your booking also comes with free access to peddle bikes. To top this stay off, the hosts have a beautiful little dog that is so playful. We would highly recommend Tam Coc LiLy Homestay to anyone visiting Tam Coc or Ninh Binh.

Neat, spacious room with all amenities. Free bicycles.. Cycling in ninh binh is a real pleasure. Cost effective motorbike hire. Lily and her husband are very proactive, thoughtful and helpful. And adorable little kenny, their pet dog. Felt at home. We were there for 4 nights. We cycled to mua caves, thai vi temple and adjoining places. Their breakfast is tasty and sumptuous. The lounge area where we had our breakfast is also very neat and nice. When we didn't have breakfast she discounted that amount from our final bill.very considerate of her. Highly recommend this place. 10/10

If you are particular about window views then this is not the place. But if you are going to be outdoors amidst views then this is the place:).

Excellent hosts! Always there to help and nothing it too much trouble. The rooms were perfect. Big room, TV for Netflix, comfortable bed.

Lilly was great. She helped us with everything we needed. She booked the trip back to Hanoi for us at a great rate. The homestay is clean and comfy and about 1 km from the village of Tam Coc located between the river and the Flying Dragon climb. Thanks Lilly.
