La situation géographique dans porto

Chambre sans climatisation heureusement que nous étions que au mois de mai . Pas de petit frigo pour garder des boissons au frais . Literie de mauvaise qualité . Très bruyant car grande avenue et juste à côté du métro . Même fenêtre fermé on entendait le bruit. Fenêtre sans garde corps alors que nous étions au 7eme étage.

1) there was a mixup in the property which took some good number of minutes to resolve. It turned out I had been handed a wrong apartment pack by their staff and it took the lady sometime to confirm my allocated property. I was handed over a document on how to check in and check out which were not useful. 2) the lift to the apartment needs some maintenance and cleaning. 3) the apartment door was not the easiest to open. I had to send the staff member a video before she could help out. 3) the apartment itself was clean but one can’t help but notice the worn out wooden panels and frames 4) the pillows WERE NOT COMFORTABLE. 5) No AC in the room. 6) no proper guidance on accessing the key box outside the apartment.

1. Las llaves te las entregan a 15 minutos andando del alojamiento, no tiene ningún sentido que te hagan caminar 30 minutos simplemente para recoger las llaves cuando quienes vamos somos turistas 2. El aire acondicionado no funciona, cuando se lo comenté a la persona de contacto me dijo que lleva sin funcionar desde el 2018 porque así compraron el edificio ¿? Como si eso fuese culpa de quién se aloja ??
