A mountain oasis with great facilities, spacious and well designed rooms, amazing service and staff, delicious selection of food. The spa area is in a separate building which makes it very welcoming and it’s well maintained. Traditional Romanian dinner organised for guests and traditional dancers invited for entertainment. Could not fault anything about this hotel - reading in the beautiful lounge room was my highlight.

We booked this hotel especially to relax and we were hoping for a quiet retreat however, unfortunately, this hotel is no longer adults only and DOES NOT have facilities especially to entertain children - they were getting really bored. During our 3 night stay we were woke up at 7am by children running and crying in room upstairs, or shouting in the small hotel in the afternoon and saw a boy was using his goggles into the jacuzzi. During week days they are also working on a new events building nearby and could get quite noisy - however that I won’t fault.

Superb! Locatia, camera, personalul, serviciile - excelente!

First of all, you will love the delicious food (often served in earth-ware and interesting plates). Next, the mattress which is excelent and the quietness of the rooms. The toiletries are from Rituals so they smell and feel excellent. The jacuzzi in the SPA can be delightful when it rains, and the sauna is a welcome addition especially when they add essential oils to the water. Tip: make sure you explicitly ask the staff which sauna to prepare and at what hour you're want them ready. The staff tries their best to be accommodating, provided you are clear and direct about your needs.

Especially after fumigation / insecticide spraying, more care should be given to removing all the dead insects from the common areas as well as from the rooms. Given the prices and the standard of the establishment, guests expect daily room cleaning (garbage taken out and at least a summary floor sweep); there is room for improvement here. Jacuzzi cleanliness was so-so (tolerable, but with room for improvement). Limited parking place, mostly with no shade. No spaces for little children to play.

Casa Baciu Colacu is a place to where you should go when you want to reconnect with the nature, but in a luxury way. We had an amazing room, with an amazing view, I will recommend all the time if you want to had a long Holiday or just a weekend trip to relax and forget about daily stress. The staff was amazing and very dedicated.

Everything is perfect. The spirit of the owner is reflected in the elegance of this resort, the nice behavior of all the staff, outstanding quality of rooms, excellent food. You fill as being at home from the first second of your arrival. Each and every member of the teams managed by Cosmin and Anca are very kind and highly professional. It has to be mentioned the fluent English of Cosmin. We will come back whenever will travel again in Bucovina.
