The facilities were great, location perfect, rooms big and very clean.

The fact that we had to order lunch and dinner in advance, also breakfast was overpriced for a buffet. They charge too much for kids breakfast when in reality they have a bowl of cereals. The staff should be a bit more relaxed, they were a bit too much in your face, did not feel very welcome.
