Very good location, lots of light in the flat, an amazing big balcony and a lovely hostess willing to help if any help was needed, despite my Portuguese being practically non-existent. I was staying for almost 4 weeks and can wholeheartedly say that the flat is also great for longer stays. People who are working remotely should be aware that sometimes (max 1-2 times a day) the internet might stop for a short while. It’s not for long though and can be easily bypassed by using your phone’s internet during that time.

Great location, everything was fine.

Horta was our second and last stop in Açores. Nice little apartment - perfect if you like a house by yourself instead of a room in a hotel/hostel (our case). A cozy kitchen to cook meals is a must and this one was it. Location from the marina was exceptional and where we spent most of our time. Quiet and private - we stargazed in the balcony every night, and watched the ocean every morning. We stayed 5 nights, and then came back 2 weeks later for one night as to catch a flight back the next day - the host was incredibly amazing for this! Felt like at home :)

An overall tidiness of the place, as there seems to be a couple of necessary items missing (kitchen utensils), and others who could be removed just to allow more space for the guests & their beds (furniture in bedroom). Not super important but just a tip :)

Extremely nice and kind host. She was caring, checking on us and always helped us when we needed something. Absolutely adorable. Location is excellent, close to the ferry, beach and night city life.

Good Wi-Fi. Good restaurants and bakery nearby. Hostess responded promptly to minor problems, although she struggled to function in English.

Bad sewer odour in bathroom most of the time, especially when suite upstairs was occupied. Suite was cramped, cluttered and not set up for renters' comfort or convenience. Mattress uncomfortable.

The clean of the room was too poor.

we had the roof suite and it was amazing. Great balcony, clean apartment and close to a nice cafe by huge supermarket :)

In winter times the house/rooms could be cold, and sometimes warm water for showers is not enough/lacking

It was ok. The basics facilities are there, like a kitchen, laundry machine, heater, etc. Nothing too fancy.

Tough most facilities are there, the small apartment had a musty smell that did not go away even after opening the doors.
