Nice location. Lovely view of the park. Great light. Comfortable bed. Excellent wifi. Huge shower.

Could have been cleaner... A lot of fluff and hairs on the floor, a couple of stains on the bedsheets and pillowcases and the balcony railing was filthy. A desk would have been great! Water pressure was very bad, so showering was slow and not so comfortable.

Location was good and the room was nice even if there was only a 20cm window.

We were travelling with 6 months old baby and asked to have a little earlier check-in than 4pm because she didn't feel well. They said that there were no problems and as soon as the room would have been free and cleaned they would have notified us to enter earlier. Not only they didn't ccontact us before 4pm but when we asked to enter after 4 the room was not even cleaned and we had to wait one more hour for someone to come to change sheets and clean the room in 11min. We got refunded the cleaning fee of 36€ (because as they said they "won't pay it to them due to the delay"). The room was of course not very clean we found a pill on the floor and some socks under the bed. The soap was not refilled, it was not possible to regulate the air conditioning because the remote control was not the right one so only max power was available and it was freezing, the stairs were very high and not really easy to climb up even to the first floor. The worse was when at the checkout we asked for one more hour only to leave our trolley there (closed so they could clean without problems) in order not to climb to the office that was 18min walking from downtown, the answer was NO, no exceptions could be made.

Lovely slightly quieter location with many restaurants and cafe options near. Very beautiful room. Minutes to riverfront

Pillows could be more comfortable. No room cleaning. Communication was unresponsive. Staff was unable to accommodate small request to have even a chair in my room.

Noise coming from the street (there’s a restaurant downstairs) and the neighbours (loud music); an old door to the room which was hard to open.

Location wars excellent, entire historical city centre at short walk away.

The shower was very weirdly configured, multiple times I found myself falling because of the weird step in the middle of shower(when it could be whole shower room with the same floor). Also the mold at the ceilings of the shower wasn’t nice.

Location overlooked lovely park. Nice view. Close to restaurants and city center.

Overlooked busy, noisy late-night restaurant's outdoor seating. Room needed repairs (reading light, faucet) and more comforts (e.g., coffee service, extra chair). A little more care would make this room very charming.
