We stayed in the family room, which is actually two separate rooms (twin and double) with a bathroom on the landing between them so we had masses of space. The property is really central in Ponte de Lima and is fantastic value for money. There was a great shared kitchen and communication with the owner was good.

A localização é excelente, a poucas dezenas de metros (dezenas mesmo!) de alguns dos pontos mais importantes da vila. Incluindo o estacionamento. Ibstalações muito boas, com tudo a funcionar perfeitamente.

Na realidade, nada há que se possa apotar como factor negativo.

O que gostei menos, foi a quantidade de escadas existente para poder aceder ao quarto. Com uma criança difuculta imenso.

Maybe that bathroom is outside the room but even that was not a big deal.

Great location, right in the centre of town and with fantastic views from the room. Joaquim was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and remote check in wasn't an issue. Parking was always going to be a challenge as the property is in the town centre which is pedestrianised, however you can park not too far away along the main street coming down and it was free parking (so long as you avoided the closest bays that were limited to 2 hours).

The only thing of note, which the pictures (or description) don't make clear on the "Standard Family Room" room, is that while the bathroom is private / your own, it is next door to the room. There is a little privacy screen that extends out past the bedroom door so that when you walk to the bathroom it's essentially like being the same room, but it is just something to note in case you were expecting an ensuite.
