The team is very confused, not trained, miscommunicated in between. I made a reservation for 2 nights, which was confirmed, but in the end I could only stay 1 night. Entrance of the hall super disorganized. Upon check out, they don't give you invoice. Not a good experience.

Started upon arrival, the host said "we have an overbooking" so instead of two apartments each with 2 beds they can provide only one apartment, but with 2 "large beds", and the host was surprised, when we did not accept it, not wanting to sleep in a common bed. Then she provided a solution, at one of her friends, who was renting out "apartments" in the same village. Well, it was a room within the house where the old lady lived, and toilet, shower etc would have been common with here (her bra was hanging from the tap in the bathtub), and the atmosphere was like in The Addams Family. The one complete apartment, where we finally decided all 3 of us would sleep, was with two beds about the width of 120cm. And the whole apartment smelled from cat pee.

The location is PERFECT! Communication with the owner and other ladies was great. Bernardo speaks English and Portuguese and was helpful all the time. We ended up staying 3 nights and check-in/out was easy. She also let us leave our luggage after check out which was very helpful! The room is very simple, but comfortable if you're looking for something just to sleep in.

The shower is REALLY dirty. It had mould and dark spots all over that a cleaning product and a brush would clean in seconds. If wasn't for the bathroom I would give 5 starts. Also, the stairs are really narrow so if you are a big person might not be the best option for you.
