Excellent location.

We only stayed for one night. The mosquito net over the double bed was dusty and there was a sign that one should wash your own dishes.

The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable, I especially loved the awesome big, roomy shower - it even has place for you to hang your clothes and towel in the shower area so you can dry off and get dressed without having to track water all over the bathroom floor. They also have a big beautiful bathtub, I was considering having a good, long soak in it, but I was concerned about how much water it would take and I didn't want to use alot of water. The bed was lovely and comfortable and thankfully they had a fan in the room, because it was really hot, so the fan was a blessing! You have a bar fridge and a microwave and plates an cutlery, so they have everything you need, and they have free wifi and a tv with streaming apps, which is great! They also have braai facilities - both my neighbors on either side of me were braaing and it looked like they had a great time! It was like being on a farm (I wonder if I can bring my mountain bike next time?) They had the cutest little bunnies all over the place, and there was the most gorgeous pecock strutting about - absolutely beautiful bird! And there was a mother hen with her cute little chicks! So precious to see! It was so quiet and peaceful out there - I can definitely recommend this place for a lovely quiet "farm-type" living experience! Absolutley lovely!

I went on my motorbike, which is a Suzuki Bandit 1250S , and these bikes do not like gravel road, and because I'm quite a short (5 ft tall) female, it was a bit challenging negotiating the entrance to the guesthouse - that is by no means any fault of the host - I should have asked beforehand. The gravel road you ride on was luckily not too long to get to the guesthouse, and there was a bit of seasand at the entrance, which was a bit daunting (especially with a fully loaded bike - my bike weighs 5 times my weight! LOL!) A BMG GS rider love this kind of place! So, no there is nothing that I can say I did not like.

The Beautiful Olde farmstyle room was comfortable. Loved seeing the animals and birds. It was very restful.

The location was amazing, the whole area was peaceful and quiet. It was very refreshing and relaxing.
