When we arrived at the premises we where told that the room we booked day before was given to someone else we ask how was that possible we didn't get clear answers

Their breakfast was five star, very spacious rooms, very clean at a very affordable prices and they have the best friendliest staff ever. The neighborhood that it’s situated in is very peaceful and quiet❤️

Everything was exceptional, no complaints at all

The place is comfortable, especially for a family, I went there with my kids and they felt free and comfortable. Ideal for people who like loksion lifestyle. The place is neat.

The waiting at the gate to enter. Seems like the cameras are not there, they don't see you at the gate, their gate tel not working. Tried to use their number to call was going to voicemail. Was waiting there for 20min minimum, fortunately I arrived early , what if it was at nighr. 80% of their TV remotes are low on battery we had to try all remotes in the rooms to get the one working. Lack of cuddlery, we were using white plastic spoons for breakfast, no spoons at all for tea in the rooms. The bedding sheets and blankets have some smell like someone was using them, not washed and changed after each visit.

Staff UBUNTU. And cleanness of the facility. All to standard. Breakfast 👌

I booked for a certain deluxe room but certainly was Given another whch was not on our mind. But met the standard.

This place boasts of it's beauty and apparent friendly staff but the staff was basically invisible when needing things i had to call the owner on the third number I could find as the other 2 were not working. The shower was blocked and flooded. I had to search for the lady early the next day to clean my room even after I told her nothing was done.There are various rooms...entertainment rooms, lounges and TV rooms as well as a bar with a pool table. It was covered and and I was told that the whole house is off limits to guests? It was not a comfortable stay and the pool was a disgrace, it was duty and no maintenance done in a long time , I specifically chose this place a I was looking forward to swimming after a long day but I could do so. They owner needs to improve on maintenance as it can be a great get away....what's with the "off limits". Why have a guest house in the first place and advertise when people don't have access.

Breakfast was okay and the setting good.
