Location and privacy

There were no glasses, no plates, no cutlery in our room, one pillowcase was torn but still put on the bed, we asked for a spray as the room was full of mosquitos we were told that they don't have, we went out and found our room not cleaned and no clean towels provided and lastly the bathroom ceiling is peeling off to the ground which was so uncomfortable to see.

The place was just appropriate and suitable for what I expected.

The TV was a smart TV, which is great but you had to use your own login details to watch the paid channels

I like how friendly and helpful the staff was and their patience was wonderful.

The fact that you have to use your own details to log into the Dstv, Netflix and as for the showmax it didn't wanna log in at all.

I liked how accommodating they were and they never bothered us in our stay.

It was clean and in quiet suburb. The Caretaker was friendly.

There was no gate key, each time you want to go out you had to call the care taker to open for you which was an inconvenience. Upon my arrival there was no hot water.The tv remote batteries were flat and had to exchange with the Aircon ones.

It was close to where we were visiting

It was unfortunate that we could not get the first 4 rooms situated in front and next to each other.
