The staff's superb service, particularly that of the Receptionist, and friendliness. The property's location is also excellent, as it is within easy commuting distance of the CBD. The staff's honesty is also worth highlighting, as the Receptionist called us to let us know we had left an item behind when we checked out.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We requested to check in earlier than the normal time they were waiting for us an hour before the arrival time we’ve arranged it felt like home. Upon arrival they assisted us with bags to our room. Its safe, and warm! I loved everything about them!
