I did'nt have breakfadt at the premises.

Tv was not playinh

Fenced, secured and electricity gate.

Dogs, not all guest like the pets we as hosts would like. Poor state of cleanliness. Maid underwear’s hanged at full view. Pool not cleaned. Smell showed there are dogs all over. No bathroom air fresheners. Dogs all over the kitchen. Dogs dungs all over. Yard not fully cleaned.

The room was big enough and spacious and safe, I loved the room and the full bathroom and outside shower. Was happy with that. Everything would have been great if it weren't for the issues below..

1. The tap in the shower is not working properly, and the flow of water was not good. 2. The bathroom was dirty, windows had spiderweb, and there were ants 🐜 in the room 3. There was no orientation, just given the room, without further communication, we were not even offered the wifi password. We even forgot to ask for it as we used our own router. Not informed how the light fan worked, we had to call a staff member, she just told us to use the remote, we had to figure out by ourselves how the remote works. We were not even informed that if/when there is load shedding, the water will also stop. We had to wait for 2 hours to shower, we got delayed. Poor communication by the management or whoever was supposed to communicate with us. 4. New towels are needed 😌

I liked the location and the room I got which met my expectations. The place is secure and quiet with a nice outdoor setup for adults and kids.

Lack of clear information on the facility services. Could not get breakfast because we were apparently supposed to inform the owner but we didn't know we had to inform them since it is a B&B. The staff is not supportive and does not check up on clients during their stay. They leave clients to figure things out on their own.
