"Loving quiet place for a weekend staycation."

Really enjoyed the breakfast, lindy was very friendly and helpful and the place is near different shopping centers with lots of restaurants to explore.

The fact that we had to pay R50 for 2 bowls of fruit salads with a dollop of plain yoghurt on top.

Breakfast was great but arrived very slow.

Getting access to openeing the gate on departure for our taxi to arrive was VERY bad. The helper lady said she would open it. We walked down to the gate - around 200m. It wasnt opened. We waited 5 mins - still not opened. Our Uber was waitnign on the outside of the gate and we had no means of opening it. I walked back up to ask the helper lady to open. She said I will do it in a momnet. I walked back down to the gate. Again the gate was not opened. We were getting very upset about this utter lack of service and assistance. Our taxi was getting impatient. We went back up again to the main house entry to find out what on earth was taking so long. Oh the helper was washing breakfast dishes. Our breakfast dishes and was happily waiting to finish this task before bothering to open the gate for us. Seriously bad lack of vision of priorities and customer service. I wont be staying here ever again.
