Convenient location

Had a back room feel to it.

The place have no parking. You park the car outside the yard. The place had a cat pee smell.

The apartment was very comfortable and the room well set out. The the showers and baths were amazing as the water was nice and hot, and after a long day, this was very welcome. The suburb was beautiful and clean, very peaceful and the sound of the birds, always soul restoring. It was so nice seeing the amount of pride that people, including our host, took into keeping the curbs and streets clean and tidy. We never felt unsafe and would definitely stay there again.

The only thing that we felt was lacking, were utensils and cutlery. Something small, especially as the apartment is not advertised as self-catering. But when everything else is supplied from a catering point of view like a microwave, toaster and 2-plate stove, as well as a beautiful outside braai area. I guess that we could have asked but by the time that we realized it, it was late. The coffee station was very welcome, but there were only 2 cups for 4 of us and no glasses for just in case. As previously mentioned, we were aware that it was not advertised as self-catering, but in order for any place to be a home away from home, those would be the finishing touches to a place that is already quite amazing.
